Jamie Todd, DVM

Dr. Todd grew up in Birmingham, AL and did her undergraduate work in zoology at Auburn University. She graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.  As part of a military family and moving periodically, Dr. Todd has had the opportunity to practice in small animal hospitals in Wyoming, Illinois and Virginia, for the past 10 years.  Her family has finally settled in Florida and Dr. Todd became the proud owner of Court Street Animal Hospital in June of 2015.
Her interests include preventative  care, internal medicine, dentistry and surgery.  Dr. Todd and her husband Collin have two children, Weston and Katie, and their dogs, Henry and Millie.

Meet Our Team

Brooke Oliver, DVM

Dr. Brooke Oliver is a Florida native who grew up in Palm Harbor, FL. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology from the University of Florida. From there, she decided to make Gainesville her home for another four years, and obtained her Doctorate degree from the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with honors. Dr. Oliver also completed a professional certificate in Veterinary Business Management. 

Her main interests include client education, surgery, and ultrasonography. Dr. Oliver is a proud ‘Double Gator’ and loves cheering on all Gator sports, as well as attending football games at The Swamp. Outside of work, Dr. Oliver enjoys spending time on the water, checking out local eateries, and spending time with her family.

Court Street Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal veterinary hospital including a pharmacy, laboratory, surgery suite, treatment room, digital radiology capabilities, dental suite and boarding facility. 

In addition to our licensed veterinarian, we maintain a staff of highly trained assistants and technicians.

New patients are always welcome and we do accept walk-ins, but for prompt service we recommend making an appointment.

Dr. Alicia Welsh grew up in Palm Harbor, FL and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from USF. She obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and then returned to the Tampa Bay area. She and her husband Scott live with their two fur babies: A shepherd mix named Zoey, and a mischievous tabby cat named Gordon.
